This plugin is for creating service blueprints. It’s currently set to require a user account but the linked content will let you play around with it a bit. The plugin is in WordPress and works on most themes. It’s built off the JS Plumb tool kit which opens the door to lots of additional options if you have anyone who can program in javascript.
